“Complete overhaul of my system First off, I really wish I could rate this company higher than 5 stars. Huuuuuge thank you to the team that installed my system. Alex, Carlos, Brandon and the owner Raul even came over and was hands on doing work. Hands down best service I've EVER received. These guys came early and on time. They worked very clean, laying sheet down to protect my floors. Very professional and courteous. This was a complete install of a new condenser, furnace and coil. They did duct work and added a return vent for better circulation. Raul the owner was very knowledgeable and walked me through the install, assuring me that everything was on schedule. Alex, Carlos and Brandon worked very hard. I could see the sweat drenched shirts as they came out of the attic. System works great! Got my home feeling cool very fast!!! I am sooooo glad and grateful that I used California Heating & Cooling. Special shout out to Gladys who was very helpful on the phone prior to install with answering my questions. Best HVAC company in California!!!!”

“Our heater broke in the middle of cold weather. I called California Heating and Cooling hoping they can help us out. Justin came over, check out to find the problem. He was able to fix it and let me know that the problem was really in the cooling system. He told me what to do and told me to have it fixed before the summer season. He is very professional and punctual. The price for the service is also reasonable. This company is a keeper. Good service , professional technicians and reasonable price.”

“Our a/c unit started to fail. I called & the office @ 5:30pm, the day before a Holiday & during a heat wave. The office was amazing & pleasant. Surprisingly, I had an appointment on July 5th. I was fully expecting a week out due to the heat. Unfortunately being they came out on Fri& the unit under warranty, they had to order the part so no a/c during the weekend. California heating & air installed our unit roughly 8 years ago. In that time, they have had to come out 3 times. Each time was a day or 2 for an appointment. Highly recommend them for your a/c & heating needs. Fantastic & friendly office to work with.”

“So far so good! They came out to diagnose our AC issue, first visit identified the issue, Freon leak, and filled our unit so we would stay cool temporarily. Next visit found the leak and now the new part is on order. Very kind, prompt in showing up, and let’s us know what is going on. Excellent! We appreciate their attention to customer care as well as attention to our AC unit. Came out again to replace the part and we also elected on outside advice, to replace the furnace at the same time. Two guys on the job and they were terrific! They thoughtfully put down cloths to protect our floors, asked me to be careful walking on the cloths because of potential to slip. They worked so hard all day and at the end of the day, wrapped up so kindly and even changed our air filters. After they left we couldn’t tell that work had taken place except that now everything is working. Really great experience! Highly recommend!”

“I called on a Saturday when my furnace died. Since I was in dire need since it is winter and cold and they were the only company open I was nervous about how things would end up. Most HVAC companies don't seem to have very good reviews and this one had no reviews at all. Turns out I couldn't have hoped for a better company. The person who answered was very nice and said someone would be here between 11 and 12. Freddy came on time and was very nice and professional. He said I needed a new furnace and gave me a quote for the standard replacement. Rather than try to sell me more than I needed since the standard would be a big improvement over my 20 year old model. On Monday, Wilber and Robert were on time to install. They were also very friendly and professional. They wiped their feet everytime they came in, laid something down to keep the floor clean and worked quietly and quickly. When they were done they cleaned up and took everything away. You wouldn't even know they were here except for the new furnace that is working much better than the old one did. My bill was exactly for what was quoted and they even applied a $300 off coupon. I'm very satisfied by the great work, great customer service and reasonable cost.”

“Thankful to have found CA Heating & Cooling recently when during our recent mega heat wave my AC quit working. Amazingly, they could fit me in the following day just before the holiday weekend. Other places I called were booking 2 weeks out, which wasn't going to do me any good in 108 degrees. Francisco came after a call advising that he was 20 minutes out, and within 15 min on site had identified the problem as a dead controller board. He was back early the following day with the replacement board in hand. After a short swap out, he was able to determine that everything else in my system was working fine. Thank you! The heat wave lasted another week, then with a brief respite, it's back with a vengeance. Our house would have been uninhabitable without the AC...we literally would have had to go to a hotel. Francisco was knowledgeable, professional and certainly knew his stuff. The scheduler was also superb and kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend CA Heating & Cooling!”

“They were with me all the time. It took five weeks to get everything back Because my insurance took forever. They finally came and put everything in just perfect and it worked for two days and it quit. I am still waiting for the technician to fix the disconnected A/C hose in my crawl space. Got technician two times but they couldn’t get to the crawl space as they weren’t informed by their scheduling team and hence weren’t prepared with jump suit to get to the crawl space. I got the link to post my experience. However, hoping that I will get a call to schedule another appointment as the technician told me that he will talk to scheduling and will come prepared. Mark, the technician came out promptly to investigate and was very thoughtful, highly competent, and straightforward. We decided to go with them with a full replacement of our thermostat when our warranty didn't cover the replacement and we are very glad we did. The office is responsive, gave us good advice on sourcing a new thermostat and even called us to let us know that our technician was getting over a small cold since we have a newborn in the house and gave us the option to reschedule. They are competitively priced (cheaper than Angie's List!) and now we have functioning heating system again with minimal stress and cost. We will use these folks again in the future with any future HVAC needs.”
